Welcome to today’s episode of the series Mohammad, Radiant Sun of Guidance. All global religious and political schools of thought depict a bright future in order to motivate and boost the morale of their followers.

The global religious and political schools of thought try to materialize their goals and ideals via planning, policymaking, and adopting different tactics. The sacred religion of Islam and the tradition of Prophet of Islam, Mohammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny) is no exception to this case and has vowed divine victory, heralding a bright and promising future for the Muslims and the downtrodden.

As of the day which divine prophets started their movements, a major confrontation occurred between righteousness and falsehood. On one side of this confrontation were the prophets and their true followers who aimed to establish a just monotheistic system, and on the other side of this confrontation were the polytheist and unjust regimes. If a bright horizon was not heralded and vowed in this fateful confrontation, the motives of the true followers of divine prophets would have been undermined and diminished; and the followers of righteousness would have faced defeat. God Almighty, in order to prevent any threat against the followers of righteousness, has pledged to assist them so that they continue to confront falsehood and be assured that the righteousness will eventually emerge victorious.

The 51st ayah of Surat al-Ghafir notes: “Indeed We shall help Our apostles and those who have faith in the life of the world…”

Meanwhile, divine assistance and victory only takes place when the followers of righteousness bear and endure all hardships and show no sign of weakness in their confrontation with falsehood, firmly emphasizing their ideals and stands.

The 30th ayah of Surat Fussilat notes: “Indeed those who say, ‘Our Lord is Allah!’ and then remain steadfast, the angels descend upon them, saying, ‘Do not fear, nor be grieved! Receive the good news of the paradise which you have been promised.”

Based on this divine tradition, as of the start of the prophet hood and global uprising of the Prophet of Islam, God Almighty assisted the Prophet and Muslims within all developments of the advent of Islam, granting victory to the righteous front via divine assistance in all phases in time, especially in the conquest of Mecca. Meanwhile, hypocrites, who had concealed their disbelief and pretended to follow Islam, with the collaboration of polytheists and Jews tried in vain to instill despair in the community, despite the divine vows to the contrary.

The hypocrites intended to maintain and cement their interests and their social and political status. Meanwhile, in the contemporary era, we also bear witness to the passive stances of some of the hypocrite rulers of Islamic states. These hypocrites maintain no belief in the divine vows, and the victory of righteousness against falsehood, and submit to the Global Arrogance and Zionism; betraying innocent and defenseless Muslims.

Meanwhile, opposite to these hypocrites, there is a group of Muslims who strongly believe in divine pledges, enduring the horrific crimes committed by the followers of falsehood, and standing firm against the Global Arrogance, while remaining courageous in the face of sworn enemies of Islam and their mercenaries.

Upon the continued confrontation between righteousness and falsehood throughout the course of history, God Almighty pledges the victory of righteousness and the destruction of the falsehood.

The 18th ayah of Surat al-Anbiya notes: “Rather We hurl the truth against falsehood, and it crushes its head, and behold, falsehood vanishes!”

The ultimate victory of righteousness and the end of falsehood is for sure. In the 81st ayah of Surat al-Isra, God instructs the Prophet of Islam: “And say, ‘The truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed falsehood is bound to vanish.’

This doesn’t mean that the leading disbelievers would halt their conspiracies, hawkish policies, murders, and pillages. The goal is to prevent the possible emergence of doubts and despair among true Muslims in their confrontation against falsehood, and to assure Muslims that falsehood will eventually vanish, with the followers of truthfulness emerging victorious.

God Almighty in Holy Quran ushers in the victory of Islam, noting: “It is He who has sent His Apostle with guidance and the true religion, that He may make it prevail over all religions, and Allah suffices as witness.”

Despite this divine pledge, leading disbelievers continue their hostilities and animosities. Thus, another ayah of Holy Quran refers to the futile efforts of the foes of Islam, who make use of their extensive political, cultural, economic, and military means to obstruct the influence of the divine religion of Islam.

The 8th ayah of Surat al-Saff notes: “They desire to put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah shall perfect His light though the faithless should be averse.”

In the contemporary era, divine providence is materialized with the unflinching determination of the faithful who have not been contemporary to the Prophet of Islam, have not witnessed divine revelations, and have not seen the divine miracles of the Prophet of Islam in his era. However, these faithful individuals have been inspired by Islamic teachings and Holy Quran, wholeheartedly safeguarding the divine religion of Islam.

A prime example of such faithful human beings are the strongly-determined combatants, who have firmly stood up against the US, Zionist regime, and Aale Saud in Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and other Islamic countries.  Currently, in this sensitive and fateful phase in time, the question which the public opinion asks is what will be the fate of this confrontation between righteousness and falsehood?

Although the theorists of East and West each predict that this historical confrontation will end in their favor; the fact of the matter is that the divine providence ultimately determines the outcome of this historical confrontation.

The 55th ayah of Surat Al-Nur notes: “Allah has promised those of you who have faith and do righteous deeds that He will surely make them successors in the earth, just as He made those who were before them successors, and He will surely establish for them their religion which He has approved for them, and that He will surely change their state to security after their fear, while they worship Me, not ascribing any partners to Me…”
