Masu saurare barkanku da warhaka, kuma barkanmu da sake saduwa da ku a ci gaban shirinmu na “Yara manyan gobe”. A cikin shirinmu na wannan mako zamu yi kokarin bijiro muku da batun rainon ciki ne da matakan da suka dace mahaifiya ta kula da su saboda muhimmancinsu a fagen kare lafiyar jiki da na ruhin yaron da zata haifa. Sai a biyo mu don jin abin da shirin ya kunsa.

Hakika ya zo cikin bayanan hikima na Annabin Rahama, Manzon Tsira Muhammadu dan Abdullahi {s.a.w} cewa: “Yaro nagari fulawa ne daga cikin fulawowin aljanna”.


A fili yake cewa: Tarbiyya da kula da wannan fulawa da aka kwatanta ta da fulawar aljanna, tana bukatuwa ga tsananin tattali da kula gami da lura, tare da daukan matakin gudanar da duk wani shiri da tsarin da suka dace na rainonta tun kafin baza irinta har zuwa lokacin tsironta da kuma girmanta. Wato hakika samun yaro nagari yana bukatuwa ga shimfida da tsari mai karko na amincin jiki da kuma ruhi.

A mahangar addinin Musulunci; kiyaye wasu muhimman abubuwa a lokacin haihuwa suna da tasiri wajen samun lafiyayyen jariri, kuma rawar da mahaifiya zata taka a wannan lokaci tana da muhimmin matsayi.


Manzon Tsira Annabin Rahama Muhammadu dan Abdullahi {s.a.w} yana fayyace cewa: “A lokacin da nakuda ta zo wa mace -matsayinta- tamkar mutum ne da ke azumi da rana da raya dare da ibadu kuma ya ransa da dukiyarsa a fagen jihadi domin daukaka kalmar Allah. A bayan da ta haihu kuwa tana da wani tukucci da kyauta da ba zai taba kwatantuwa ba, kuma a lokacin shayar da jaririn da ta haifa nono, duk tsotsonsa yana daidai da ‘yantar da da ne daga cikin ‘ya’yayen Isma’il wajen lada, kuma bayan shayar da jaririn Mala’ika zai sauko gare ta da busharar cewa; Allah ya gafarta mata dukkanin zunubanta”.


Har ila yau Manzon Rahama Muhammadu dan Abdullahi {s.a.w} yana bayyana cewa: “Mace tun daga farkon daukar cikinta har haihuwarta da kuma shayar da abin da ta haifa, tana da lada tamkar mai jihadi a tafarkin Allah, idan kuma har mutuwa ta riske ta a wannan lokaci, matsayinta kamar matsayin shahidi ne”.


Hakika kokarin mace a fagen kyautata alakarta da Allah a lokacin da take dauke da juna biyu wato a lokacin da take dauke da ciki, yana da gagarumin tasiri da muhimmanci a fagen gadar da lafiyar jiki da na ruhin jaririn da zata haifa. Sakamakon haka wajibi ne a kan miji da mata su yi tarayya a fagen kokarin kiyaye zaman lafiyar jiki da na ruhin iyalai tare da matsa kaimi a fagen gudanar da ayyukan ibadu musamman karatun alkur’ani mai girma a lokacin da mace take dauke da juna biyu saboda irin gagarumin tasirin da hakan yake da shi ga jaririn da ke ciki.


Manzon Allah Muhammadu dan Abdullahi {s.a.w} yana bayyana cewa: “Ku haskaka gidajenku da karatun alkur’ani mai tsarki, duk gidan da aka fi yawaita karatun kur’ani cikinsa, alheri da albarka mai yawa suna sauka a gidan, kuma iyalan gidan zasu kasance cikin zaman lafiya da aminci kuma gidan zai kasance haske ga ma’abuta sama kamar yadda taurarin sama suka kasance haske ga ma’abuta kasa”. Har ila yau ana shawartar mace mai ciki wato juna biyu ta dinga kasancewa cikin alwala. Hakika kasancewar mace mai juna biyu cikin alwala yana haskaka mahaifiya da jaririn da ke cikinta.


Babu shakka cin dukiyar haramun yana mummunan tasiri a kan zuriyar mutum, kamar yadda Imam Ja’afar Sadiq {a.s} ke bayyana cewa: “Hakika dukiyar haram tana bayyana a jikin dan Adam”. Hakika idan har dukiyar mutum ta kasance daga hanyar haram, to Shaidan ya samu hanyar da zai yi tarayya da shi wajen samar da maniyyin da za a haifa masa zuriya. Allah Madaukaki a cikin Suratul-Isra’i a cikin aya ta 63 zuwa 64 yana fayyace irin yadda Shaidan zai yi tarayya da mutane da suke bin tafarkinsa a dukiya da kuma zuriya da cewa: “{Allah} Ya ce: Ka tafi –an jinkirta maka-kuma duk wanda ya bĩ ka daga cikinsu, to hakika lallai Jahannama zata kasance sakamakonku, wanda yake sakamako ne cikakke”. “Kuma ka yaudari wanda ka sãmu ĩko a kansa daga cikinsu da sautinka, kuma ka jawo su da –rundunar- mayakanka da dãkãrunka, kuma ka yi tãrayya da su a cikin dũkiyõyi –na haram- da ‘yã’yaye, kuma ka yi musu alkawari. Alhãli kuwa babu alkawarin da Shaiɗan zai musu fãce yaudara”. Tabbas idan har dukiyar da ake ciyar da mace da ita, dukiyar ce ta haram, hakan yana janyo mummunan tasiri a kan jaririn da zata haifa. A takaice dai gwargwadon abincin haram, gwargwadon irin mummunar illar da zai yi a fagen katange mutum daga alherin rayuwa.
