Powerful explosion rocks 'sensitive' Israeli missile factory
A powerful explosion has rocked a sensitive Israeli missile factory during a test for advanced weapons.
The explosion took place on Tuesday during of a so-called 'routine test' by the Tomer factory for advanced weapon, Zionist regime’s Haaretz daily newspaper reported on Wednesday.
There have been no reports of casualties so far.
Tomer is a security company which develops and manufactures rocket propulsion systems for the Israeli army, including the Arrow missile project and the Ofek satellite project. The factory is located in Ramla.
Locals said they heard an explosion and saw a mushroom cloud at the weapons manufacturing facility.
