The commemoration ceremony of the second martyrdom anniversary of Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, Commander of IRGC's Quds Force and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the Deputy Head of Iraq's PMU was held in the Islamic Center of Moscow.
